Intellectual and Developmental Services

Communicare offers a wide variety of services to individuals with a diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities that include: Day Services Adult, Behavior Supports, Home Community Supports, Community Respite, Job Discovery, Supported Employment, and Pre-Vocational.

Services to assist and support individuals in retaining and/or improving skills which afford the greatest level of independence possible. Numerous and varied opportunities to participate in activities in the community are provided.

Intensive ongoing support to obtain and maintain an individual not in competitive or customized employment or self- employment

Offers individuals a more independent living experience with 24/7 awake staffing to offer assistance. Transportation to and from day programs and community activities is provided as well as support with shopping for food and personal items and individual finances.

Offers individuals an independent living experience in their own apartments/ homes with help as needed from staff who are on call 24 hours a day should a need arise. Transportation as well as help with daily living activities are provided.
